Flashback to the FIFA U17 World Cup in Lagos in 2009 featuring "Neymar and Coutinho"

Where we saw Neymar and Coutinho play for Brazil

Barely 8yrs later, Neymar has become the Most Expensive Player in the World

The above is a good example of the indescribable essence and undeniable need for ingenious initiatives like the 1F1F initiative by His Excellency, Dr Ifeanyi Ubah

Anambra State has talents that can rival and even surpass these names we hear of today but due to lack of vision, foresight and knowledge,  such talents get wasted or stolen by other countries

As far back as 2009, Neymar announced himself but unlike Nigerian players, he didn't run after money (Like Okocha, Mikel and Iheanacho), instead, he took his time and improved his game

It will interest us to know that a Nigerian, Emmanuel Sani was the player of the tournament but where is he now?

He went on to sign for one mediocre club in Europe who offered the greatest peanut and thus, killed his career even before it started

We all know the Mikel vs Messi storyline which again underpins the difference in mentality of Nigerians as I will not say Africans because we have seen great players like Essien, Drogba and Etoo plus Yaya Toure, make the right decisions and ended up 50x richer than the richest Nigerian player ever

1F1F is not a get rich quick scheme or a scam

It is a golden avenue to harness, recruit, educate and above all, showcase talents to the world in hopes that the products will choose self improvement above immediate monetary gains

1F1F aims to change the average mindset of the Nigerian player by providing quality education so they can at least be able to reason fine and become capable of weighing up the pros and cons in any position they find themselves in, as well as equip them with at least 3 other languages: German, French and Spanish for future purposes

What else can a baller need if not this marvelous opportunity?

How can anyone not support this wonderful initiative?

It's about to get down so get ready and be a part of this

Together, we can make history and build a brighter future for us all

THE HANDSHAKE ACROSS THE NIGER A MOVEMENT LONG OVERDUE

Before the Nigeria independence, the Yorubas has been the greatest host of the Igbo tribes including their business empires and white collar hobs. Since I was born, I have never heard of any communal clash between this two great ethnic groups as their relationship keeps on soaring to greater height. Many of us with short historical knowledge, never knew that the independence we enjoy together as a nation was struggled and attained on a platter of The handshake across the Niger. How do I mean? The N.C.N.C that struggled and attained Nigeria's independence in 1960 was founded in 1944 by Late Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, Herbert Olayinka Badmus Macaulay, Akintola and Michael Okpara and Nwafor Orizu of blessed memories , It was a combination of both ethnic effort of Yorubas, Midwest of Chief Okotie Eboh, Micheal Okpara and Nnamdi Azikiwe that made our independence possible. As at 1957, Nigeria was due for independence and the West and East were fully prepared but what delayed the independence ...

A call on Chief Felix Idiga (JAFAC), a man who has gone far ahead of his time to take up leadership positions

For the last couple of years, The Mo Ibrahim Foundation which annually confers the most outstanding leader award to African leaders who have distinguished themselves in the art of leadership, has refused to confer the award on any of the present African leaders reason as cited by the foundation is that none of them is worthy. But, does this translate that they're dearths of leaders in African? Read on. It's true that leadership in Africa is currently being led by those whom political profiteering has become an unquenchable vision- Men whose drive is their personal enrichment; the prosperity of the nation becomes a lesser issue to that of themselves. It's also true, that Africa has obscured their best men from assuming leadership positions. Men who have created wealth and jobs for their communities without being in an elective leadership position. Men whose fecundity is unquestionable and whose loyalty lies always with the people. Men to whom leadership is natural ha...
