‎DR. PATRICK IFEANYI UBAH AND HIS ANAMBRA VISION.

Dr Ubah, a well known CEO of repute, an astute ENTREPRENEUR and a distinctive WEALTH CREATOR is a man whose vision is ANCHORED on HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT.

He's a man who tasted tough times to know HAPPINESS, lived in tough days to gain COURAGE and CONFIDENCE.

Full of PHYSICAL STRENGTH and GOOD HEALTH; he, notwithstanding being from a modest background, educated and worked himself to fame, attaining power and wealth at the very young age. ‎

A human capital developer, ‎statesman, a brilliant scholar and great thinker. A ‎visionary leader, an Icon for the youths and an ardent believer in the "eyes on the ball" philosophy. For Ifeanyi Ubah, humility and patience are the same and are keys to success.

When I joined His staff, he outlined his "would-be vision" for Ndi-Anambra at our  first meeting. ‎He told me many things and talked about His vision of making Anambra "a hub for Tourism, driven by Sports, Industrialization and Hospitality". ‎He told me of his plans to involve and draw inspiration from major cities including Guangzhou in China for massive development of Anambra.

In all, he wanted to solve the puzzle OF JOB CREATION and ECONOMIC DIVERSIFICATION AND INTEGRATION because for him,  ECONOMIC INTEGRATION is the answer to job creation.‎

He's a comfortable billionaire who is deeply committed to actualizing his vision for Ndi-Anambra.  Consequently, ‎He works immensely and he's barely caught sleeping either at night or in the day.‎

A proof of His capacity is visible in his GAMES VILLAGE PROJECT which houses the first ever privately owned INTERNATIONAL STADIUM in Nnewi/Ozubulu, Anambra State. He is the proprietor of FC IFEANYIUBAH; an Nnewi based International Football Club.

He brought home Authority Newspapers and Radio within a year and His "AKU LUO UNO" projects have impacted positively on the lives of both INDIGENES and SETTLERS in Anambra State and beyond.

A detribalized Nigerian, His vision for Ndi-Anambra also includes SOCIAL JUSTICE, ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL SUSTAINABILITY. Only then, Anambra can succeed while everybody sings the praises of Ndi- Anambra!

I met Dr Ubah last year in November, precisely a day after PA Bennett Offor's interment. It was a one-on-one meeting that lasted from 12midnight to 4am and still continued the next day with a trip to Oba Tourist Centre to watch FC IfeanyiUbah feeder team screening exercise and on Sunday, for the Offor's Family thanksgiving mass.

He's a man full of ideas,  a calculative thinker, very active and an expert in many fields. He discusses his GAMES VILLAGE without looking at its prototype. He's always comfortable with his usual smile. He preaches fairness because he hates injustice and inequality.

As a man who is saddled with the responsibility of growth and development, he sponsored over 80 delegates mostly youths of Anambra on a learning visit to London.

He conceived and birthed the Football Made In Anambra Project to revolutionize Football in Anambra State as a means to create a football economy of the State.

Dr Ubah would always say, youths should have confidence to explore the unexplored paths.  He loves people who accept a challenge. ‎Though not perfect, He's a man who loves perfection. He strives to be a perfect man.

He told me of His plans to build an Internet city linking and covering major towns and cities in Anambra State.

We also discussed his plans to harmonize Anambra Industrial clusters, create the Anambra Industrial Trade Fair Complex, build South East Shipping Centre, State Low Cost Housing, Interlocked road infrastructure and improved hospitality in Anambra.

As an Individual, he has done much and believes he can do much more. In 2013, he ran a successful gubernatorial election campaign under Labour Party. This was the most creative, innovative and intense campaign Anambra had ever seen. Unfortunately, he came third which was highly commendable considering those he was up against and the massive machinery available to them.

‎Immediately after the 2013 Anambra State Gubernatorial Election, he conceived, formed and nurtured the TRANSFORMATION AMBASSADOR OF NIGERIA (TAN) as an independent organization to sensitize and serve as a contact and mobilization platform for the re-election of former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and all other PDP Aspirants Nationwide.

In all these, TAN neither received any FUND, GRANT, LOAN, GOODWILL DONATION OR GOVERNMENT INCENTIVE. It was powered, sponsored and proudly financed by Dr Ubah.

The purpose of TAN wasn't roundly defeated,  as it's  relevance manifested in cases where several unpopular candidates by virtue of their alliance with TAN receive a goodwill and acceptability on the strength of which they got elected into political offices of their choice.

In 2017, he was fraudulently schemed out along with other aspirants under PDP Primary just for the godfathers to favor a particular candidate. Dr Ubah's vision for Ndi-Anambra using State Power remains a dream we could dream together, hence he says,  come with me Let's Build A Better Anambra.

Simply, he's a man loved by all.

THE PDP ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNORSHIP PRIMARY ELECTION WAS A SHAM AND COMPLETE ILLEGALITY

As a loyal member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and one who stood by the party through thick and thin, my love for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) cannot be questioned. My immense contributions to the cause of the party, most especially during the last Presidential and General elections through the Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria cannot be overemphasized. In the same vein, anyone who has a thorough understanding of Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah can attest to the fact that I am a man of uncommon national vision and passion for the development of the nation and general good of the masses, especially the less privileged. It is the burden of the developmental needs of Anambra state and my burning desire to meet and exceed the expectations of Anambrarians that has relentlessly driven me to contest for the Governorship position of Anambra state. However, until constitutional amendments are made, one is constrained to contest for such position under a party structure. In my case, ...

THE HANDSHAKE ACROSS THE NIGER A MOVEMENT LONG OVERDUE

Before the Nigeria independence, the Yorubas has been the greatest host of the Igbo tribes including their business empires and white collar hobs. Since I was born, I have never heard of any communal clash between this two great ethnic groups as their relationship keeps on soaring to greater height. Many of us with short historical knowledge, never knew that the independence we enjoy together as a nation was struggled and attained on a platter of The handshake across the Niger. How do I mean? The N.C.N.C that struggled and attained Nigeria's independence in 1960 was founded in 1944 by Late Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, Herbert Olayinka Badmus Macaulay, Akintola and Michael Okpara and Nwafor Orizu of blessed memories , It was a combination of both ethnic effort of Yorubas, Midwest of Chief Okotie Eboh, Micheal Okpara and Nnamdi Azikiwe that made our independence possible. As at 1957, Nigeria was due for independence and the West and East were fully prepared but what delayed the independence ...
